who we are…
Impact wasn’t born out of an office or a corporate idea. It actually started by chance, thanks to TikTok. Sean and Adam first crossed paths within the platform's gaming community, but they quickly realized they shared more than just a few wins in Fortnite. They saw a massive opportunity to change how the industry worked.
Sean was already a fixture in the Liverpool marketing scene, having been one of the first to master TikTok’s ad platform when it launched in the UK. His work was sharp enough to get him on TikTok’s own radar, giving him the inside track on how the platform’s creator networks actually functioned. Adam, meanwhile, was living the life of a creator at the highest level—ranking as one of the UK’s top streamers and competing as a pro player. He knew exactly what it took to build an audience from scratch and keep them engaged.
By combining Sean’s strategic marketing background with Adam’s "in-the-trenches" experience, they didn't just want to start another agency—they wanted to build the one they felt was missing.
Impact was built to fix a broken system. We saw too many agencies sitting back and doing the bare minimum, so we decided to redefine what talent development actually looks like. By combining Sean’s marketing strategy with Adam’s experience at the top of the streaming charts, we’ve built a blueprint to help the next generation of creators own their space on TikTok.
Our mission is simple: we’re here to help you build a sustainable career on TikTok.
Everything we do is rooted in a genuine passion for content creation and the TikTok ecosystem, but we back that up with serious tech—using AI and data-driven strategies to sharpen your brand and keep you ahead of the algorithm.
Sean and Adam went from creators themselves to the architects of Europe’s leading network because they knew that with the right backing, the opportunities on TikTok are limitless. If you’re a creator who’s tired of agencies that sign you up and then go quiet, this is your invitation. Impact Agency is where the grind meets the strategy, and where creators finally get the professional support they deserve.
